Vitamin B12 100 µg Strong food supplement is a complex of three B vitamins enriched with vitamin E, thanks to which: helps in the proper production of red blood cells and functioning of the nervous system (vitamin B6 and B12), contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and reducing the feeling of fatigue (vitamin B6 and B12), protects cells against oxidative stress (vitamin E).

Take 1 tablet daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose, i.e. 1 tablet daily.
